How usage works
Included usage is pooled at the workspace level. The usage dashboard shows current AI Units, documents, storage, extraction, workflow activity, and any estimated overage spend.
AI Units
Managed AI usage is measured in AI Units so larger documents, longer outputs, and higher-impact models consume more of the included pool.
Documents
Document allowances cover the contracts and supporting documents stored and processed in your workspace.
Overages
Paid plans can continue after included usage is exhausted, with monthly spend caps to control additional AI, storage, extraction, and workflow usage.
BYOK
Paid workspaces can bring their own OpenAI or Google key. Provider token usage is paid directly to the provider, while platform usage still follows your plan.
